Buildings Idea for Concord Pacific

The attached pages illustrate a project that would create a beautiful world-famous landmark
AND make good money for the Concord Pacific.
The idea is to build nine 5-storey buildings that spell out the word “VANCOUVER” as shown below.

The location is north-east False Creek, where the buildings would be eventually sold as very prestigious unique condominiums.
The reflections in the water would be beautiful year-round, especially at night.

It is probably too late to build them in time for the Olympics in 2010, but there is likely time to build the frames for them
and add lighting to create a spectacular effect which would be a dominant landmark looking north from the Olympic village.

I am presenting this idea to Concord just because I would like to see it done. I have no “rights” to it,
but my graphic designer and I would like to be compensated in a way that you consider fair if you go ahead with it.

In 2003, I purchased a pre-built unit in one of your high-rises and found Concord to be very reputable.

Please let me know what you think of this, and feel free to pass it on to others.
Thanks, Jon Scott
