Agency, simply put,
we are searching for energetic imbalances

We use the QXCI
/ SCIO (Scientific
Consciousness Interface Operation) a high-tech
complimentary health device which utilizes evoked
potential biofeedback technology. The SCIO device consists
of both hardware and software. The hardware consists
of a digital interface box attached to the computer
with electrodes within straps that attach to the extremnities
of a client.
The functions of the
QXCI / SCIO are similar to those of a virus-scan on a
computer. They detect weaknesses such as viruses nutritional
deficiencies, allergies, abnormalities and food sensitivities
by calculating the biological reactivity and resonance
in your body. This data offers an understanding of your
possible needs, dysfunctions and vulnerabilities, focusing
on your energetic body, thus offering a more complete
view of each facet of your health. Once the QXCI / SCIO
has measured vitamin levels, amino acids, nutrients,
food substances, minerals, enzymes, natural sugars, toxins,
hormone levels, muscle tone, disease, bacteria, moulds,
fungi, viruses and the health and balance of internal
organs, it then compares these figures against a “norm”.

Introduction
The QXCI was designed by Dr. William
Nelson (Dr. Bill Nelson), a renowned international lecturer
and writer whose resume includes teaching mathematics,
meditation and philosophy at Youngstown State University.
Dr. Nelson has a Medical degree, Ph.D. in both Quantum
Physics and Electrical Engineering and a Law degree.
His professional expertise includes the study of quantum
biology, energetic medicine, homeopathy, alternative
medicine and naturopathy.
